By using AB Looper, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description of service
AB Looper is a video player that allows you to set A/B loop markers on videos from YouTube, Instagram, and direct URLs. The app is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.
User responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you access through the app.
- You must comply with the terms of service of third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram) when accessing their content.
- You must not use the app to download, redistribute, or infringe on copyrighted material.
Intellectual property
AB Looper and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer. The app does not claim ownership of any third-party video content accessed through it.
In-app purchases
AB Looper may offer optional in-app purchases to unlock premium features. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
- All prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase.
- Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
- Purchased features are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on other devices using the same account.
Disclaimer of warranties
AB Looper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The app will be available at all times or free of errors
- Third-party video URLs will always resolve successfully
- The app will be compatible with all devices or OS versions
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
